St Albans Cathedral Trip

We visited St Albans Cathedral and learnt all about St Alban and what made him such a significant figure.

We went back about 2000 years and had a great time re-enacting the story.  Each child joined in and wore a costume to take part.

After retelling the story of St Alban we then went to see his shrine.

Clay Tiles

In the afternoon we created a clay tile.  The tile included lots of images that we had learnt about in the morning to help remind us of the story of St Alban.
