Victorian School Museum

This week, the children in Robins visited the Victorian School Museum to learn more about schools in the past. They had a lesson in a Victorian classroom and used the slate and copy-book to do their learning. Their Victorian teacher, who they addressed as ‘Ma’am’, kept the class in order! They also got to see the cane and dunce hat! After their Victorian style lesson, they had a tour of the Head Master’s house and looked at many artefacts.
