This Tuesday, we had the 3rd of our mindfulness sessions with Neelam from the Sadie Centre, using the .Breathe program. This week’s session was called ‘Beditation’ and was all about finding ways to relax in order to sleep well. It must work as some children actually fell asleep in the session!
While listening to a guided meditation recording, we focused on our breathing, how our body felt against the floor and how our feet felt within our socks.
