What an exciting week in Wrens!  We started science week with a visit from a public health scientist and ended it with an amazing science workshop.  We were also visited by an engineer that uses his knowledge of electricity to fix traffic lights and keep us safe.  I was really proud of how Wrens children engaged with our visitors.  They were curious and asked lots of questions.

The other science activities we did were learning about how microscopes work, it was fun trying to work out what the magnified items were, and chitting potatoes.  When potatoes are chitting they grow little roots ready to be planted.  We have put them on the windowsill so they get lots of light, we will plant them before Easter.
