We have been learning about number stories in maths this week and using the vocabulary first, now and then. The children looked at how many there were first of all, they then explained what happened and how many are left. For example, first 6 children were seated, then 2 stood up, now there are 4 seated children. We practised this outside, in our pretend bus stop!
