In Swifts, the children participated in a PSHE lesson focused on getting along well with others. The children were placed into new groups and needed to design, plan and build their own towers out of paper. As they worked together, we explored key strategies for effective collaboration, such as listening to different perspectives, sharing responsibilities and communicating clearly. The activity encouraged the children to reflect on how to get along with people they may not usually work with and highlighted the importance of cooperation and respect when working in a team.
